1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Osciloom Exchange, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Community Account

You must sign in with a Google Account to upload content. You agree to provide a unique community username that does not violate the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. User Content & License Grant

The "Exchange" allows you to share synth patches, samples, and project data ("User Content").

• Ownership: You retain ownership of your original User Content.
• License to Osciloom: By uploading User Content to the Exchange, you grant Osciloom (and its creators) a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, sound library development, and application improvements, in any media formats and through any media channels.
• Irrevocable: This license remains in effect even if you delete your content or account, to the extent that the content has already been incorporated into other works or shared with other users.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that is copyrighted by others (unless you have a license), contains malware, or is intended to harass. We reserve the right to determine what content is appropriate.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Content is provided "as-is." Osciloom is not responsible for any damage to equipment or data resulting from the use of community-shared patches or software.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any content or ban users from the Exchange at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
