Welcome to Osciloom. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Osciloom application, software tools, and the Osciloom Exchange platform. By using Osciloom, you agree to these Terms.

1. User Accounts and Authentication

To upload and publish patches, sound kits, or plugins to the Osciloom Exchange, you must authenticate using a verified Google Account. You agree to provide a respectful community handle and maintain the security of your device credentials.

2. User Content and Licensing

The Osciloom Exchange enables community sharing of synthesizer presets, audio samples, and plugin configurations ("User Content"):

• Ownership: You retain all intellectual property rights in your original sound creations and compositions.
• Community License Grant: By voluntarily publishing User Content to the public Exchange, you grant Osciloom, its creators, and fellow Osciloom users a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, download, modify, playback, and incorporate the sound presets into musical compositions and sound design works.

3. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Content

When participating in the Osciloom Exchange, you agree not to upload:

• Commercial audio samples or proprietary synth presets belonging to third parties without explicit authorization.
• Malicious software, corrupted files, or content intended to disrupt service availability.
• Content that is defamatory, abusive, or promotes hate speech.

4. Intellectual Property

The Osciloom name, logo, C++ DSP engine, and user interface designs are the intellectual property of Jamazing. All third-party open-source components (including Oboe and AndroidX libraries) are licensed under their respective open-source licenses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Osciloom is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While engineered for maximum stability and glitch-free audio performance, developers are not liable for any data loss, project file corruption, or device damage arising from use of the software.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms as the workstation evolves. Continued use of the service following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
