Osciloom is designed for offline-first audio production. We only collect information strictly required when you voluntarily connect to online community features:

• Google Sign-In Account Credentials: When signing in to the Osciloom Exchange, Google provides your unique user identifier (UID), display name, and email address to authenticate your identity.
• Community Profile Handle: A customizable username chosen by you to identify your creations in the community exchange.
• User-Uploaded Sound Presets: FM synthesizer patches, custom algorithm matrices, sampler kits, and instrument metadata that you explicitly select and upload to the public Exchange.

2. How Your Information Is Used

The information we collect is used solely to:

• Authenticate your identity when publishing presets and sound packages to the community.
• Attribute authorship of user-submitted patches and sound designs to your community handle.
• Facilitate real-time cloud discovery and downloading of sound libraries through Cloud Firestore.

We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or shared audio content.

3. Local Device Data & Storage

All core audio production data—including project files (.loom), audio recordings, sample slices, and custom plugin states—is saved locally on your device unless you explicitly export or share it.

4. Data Deletion and User Rights

You have full control over your shared community data:

• You can delete any synth patch or sample kit you have published to the Exchange directly within the app.
• To request a complete deletion of your account and associated Exchange records, you may submit a deletion request via our in-app support channels or by contacting the developer directly.

5. Third-Party Services

Osciloom utilizes Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore) to provide identity security and community exchange storage. These services operate under Google's standard Privacy Policy and security compliance standards.
